Is he lethargic? Where did you get him from? And is he vaccinated yet? Is he alert? Yes please just keep him hydrated and take him to the vet in the am because being so tiny his blood sugar levels can crash very quickly!

Don’t give brekky. Or just give him plain cooked chicken breast and pasta.

ETA sorry I thought you had ab appointment frist thing in the morning. I’m sure they will book you right in. How long did you mix the food for? It should have been a week. I will bet it was that. Sometimes they can get sick even when you do it slowly. If you can’t get to the vet right away ask their advice or give the chicken or old food.

Rice and plain cooked chicken breast can make wonders. How long does he have those problems? Usually poop and tummy don´t get better in two days go to the vet. Puppys can dehydrate so quickly, nevertheless you give him enough water. Throwing up and pooping makes a great water-loss and is dangerous to life for pups. All the best.

crr219191:  well if all else seems well then just take him to the vet tomorrow if he’s still sick, otherwise just keep him hydrated and enjoy your new pup!! Just keep a close eye because being that tiny you can get very sick very quick

Yeah that’s a drastic food change! Puppies are sooooo sensitive. Well at least you know for next time. I always recommend people wait until the puppy is a year old to switch food, when they will be much less likely to get sick.
