I’ve been playing with fonts for our invites, FH and I disagree on our favourites. I’ve included 6 below, all of which have been discussed. We’re having what I would call country chic wedding at an art gallery in the woods – a really fancy log & stone house, with an outdoor ceremony. Which font do you like best? (there are all typed in the same font size)

1 & 5 are lovely. The others are all too difficult to read.

I really like 4 & 5. Is number 6 Jane Austin? I think I used that font for my save the dates.

I dont like 4 at all, it’s very harsh to me. 3,4,6 are practially impossible for me to read, maybe its the size? 1 reminds me of a highschool girl. 5 is my favorite of the bunch.

Based on both your venue and readability, I like 1 and 5 best.

@MrsMRS: no it’s not, although it’s similar. it’s called Schooner Script

FH originally liked number 2 the best, he has now switched to number 3. I agree with everyone that they’re hard to read. number 5 is MY favourite, he thought it looked a little too walt disney, but he’s coming around. I love getting objective opinions on this stuff!

#1 and #5 are my fav. #4 is ok. the others are simply too hard to read so you should eliminate them right away.

I voted 5. I like the others but 5 is definitely my fav. Number 6 is impossible to read.

#6 has to be really big to be legible, it’s pretty cool looking when you can read it and FH thought it was neat, I’m not a fan.

What about Coneria Script? It’s similar to #5 (my personal favourite of the bunch, since it’s a little formal and easier to read, but not super stuffy), but the letters are a little bit more polished (the “O” is closed, it looks a little less handwritten).. that’s my two cents (but I guess without the penny, you round that down to $0)

I like five a lot. I think six is impossible to read, and two is also a bit tough to read as well.
