@Missdiisney:  I sent you some Private Messages with some possibilities.  I hope I found something that works for you.

@Missdiisney:  I’m looking for the same type of thing, except around 80 guests (less than 100).  Let us know what you find!

@creativeplannertobee:  Can you post info here?

@KimmyJune:  I will send you a PM with some possibilities.  Are you also looking for garden/waterfront setting for your ceremony?  I like to send PMs to tailor things for each person as best as I can.

Missdiisney:   I’ve actually done tons of looking around.  I found Quail Ranch in Felton – outdoor ranch for only 1k rental fee (comes with chairs etc), 25c in Uptown Oakland (reception only – huge space, modern and awesome!), it’s 1800 rental only. Also look at Moore Family Winery in Lake County, it’s gorgeous cheap and flexible! I’m also looking into Arista Winery in Healdsburg.  I’ll keep you posted as I find more 🙂

creativeplannertobee:  I’m pretty open to anything!  Just something affordable that allows BYO, bc I plan to DIY my wedding as much as possible and have an awesome spanish paella/tapas caterer that I have my heart set on.  Would love something that comes with venue, possibly day-of coordinator and chairs/tables.  If not, then a cheap site fee so that renting those won’t be too much of a hassle. Thank you!

stressedbee:   We actually ended up deciding to do a DW (in Kauai).  Although, I did find an amazing place in Castro Valley.  It’s a smaller winery that isn’t part of the big “wedding mill” as the owner says.  It’s called “Westover”.  Fantastic wines – and very small site fee (less than 1k for around 100 ppl).  Drink packages are afforable and they allow BYO catering and anything else you need!!   Highly recommend checking them out!

I don’t know if this is in your area, but Canyon View in San Ramon has the option for BYOB and is reasonably priced.
