I’m so lost as far as veils, jewelry & accessories go. I have no idea what to wear with this dress! I’ll likely wear my hair down. The dress is sort of “blingy” so I’d like the jewelry to match the look.

If you want to wear your hair loose, do curl up the ends. Also, be sure that the style is pulled a little away from your face. I’m a stylist and say this because loose hair tends to get in the way as you move your body, speak, hand-holding etc. and you want to be sure that your face is clearly seen and you will be happy with your photo out-takes.
Your dress is dramatic and you want to be sure that you wear very simple accessories (after all, it’s about the dress, not the jewels). You can do a veil like below which is dramatic with a mix of 1920’s and now. You can get one with a flower and gemstone if you prefer that over feathers – you can’t go wrong with either.
If you want a very dramatic “back do” – this look is fabulous and you could add hair extensions if necessary (at which point, I’d use a very plain, short silk veil just to cover the face or none at all.
If you want a dramatic veil, make sure it is simple – well-made and the best tulle you can buy. see http://www.etsy.com/listing/78849068/long-cathedral-bridal-veil-cut-edge
Good luck and “try on” some of these ideas and see what feels right for you.
