I would wait a little while to see if you start getting gifts with names attached to them so you can cross the people off the list. It would be rude in my opinion to call people to ask if they sent a gift yet.
Yes, there are like 200 people that might be coming to the wedding, so I definitely can't just call and ask whose it is. The problem is that I don't know who will send a gift and who won't, so I don't know if process of elimination will work! Eeeeks.

I think that they have a gift thingy on their online. It keeps track for you so that you know who to give thank-you notes to.
Hmm, I'm sure they know who bought it but they might not be able to for privacy reasons but it could be worth a shot at least.
I'd call B3 and ask...the worst they can say is no, they can't give you a name!
I've checked, and they don't track it on my registry, so I've contacted them by email to see if they can tell me. We'll see what happens! Thanks everyone!
Same thing happened to me with a gift from Macy's. I called, and they were able to tell me. I then found out that I could actually find it on my online Macy's registry. BBB doesn't do this, but I would definitely call anyways. I'm sure this happens all the time! They've always been really responsive when I've had to call to inquire about items, etc.
Problem solved! I took the bees' advice, and contacted BB&B, and with my registry number plus the UPC of the items in question, they were able to tell me the name of the purchaser. YAY! They can only do this for items bought online, but it's great that they did it at all! I was so worried that I wouldn't be able to send a thank you note!

Okay, so we just got a box from Bed Bath & Beyond, where we registered, and opened it expecting whatever was inside to be wrapped and have an accompanying card, like every other gift off our registry. But the gift inside, while from our registry, wasn't wrapped and doesn't have a card. We don't know who it's from! Whoever sent it was wonderfully thoughtful, and I love this particular item, but I can't write a thank you note if I don't know who bought it for us. What do I do??
