I voted no sash because your figure is amazing without it! However, if you do wear a sash, either at the side or in the middle of the waist (where the waist is the smallest) is the way to go.

I would defiantly do a belt/sash. If we are just choosing on the ones above I would do the sash at the natural waist line. Which is right were your waist curves in. Another thing you could try and it will give you a bit more bling and the smaller waist effect is a belt that is thicker in the middle and thins out as it goes back. Such as this one:

Also look for a belt look instead of a sash. The difference being that a sash is going to have a ribbon hanging down in the back and a belt will fit perfectly to you with a snap closer.

    Good luck and congratulations!!

The under bust was slightly too high and the waist was slightly too low, but I voted under bust because it looked the best out of the four pictures IMO. But putting it somewhere in between, at the smallest part of your torso, would be better. Actually now that I’ve seen PP’s post, I think that is a great option!

Jayme917:  I love how the side sash looks! It’s like it’s a part of the dress which would work great if you plan to saw it in. I dind’t want anything hanging in the back of my dress, so I had the ends cut off and a clasp put in. That way there was nothing hanging, but the belt wasn’t attached to the dress either. It’s a narrow belt though, so I think that make it work well. Here’s a rather crappy picture, lol. It was $170, which is not cheap, but considerably cheaper than some of the other ones  I tried on.

Right at your natural wait gives you the best proportions IMO. I really like hte first pic!

Jayme917:  I love the side one – it looks like it’s part of the dresse cause of the dress’s “architecture”. I would use a smaller one though.

I liked it best without a sash. The side sash is my second choice!
