Help! Which dress? : wedding dress maggie sottero bonny Trans I am getting married in less than 4 weeks and need a dress ASAP. Right now it is narrowed down to two dresses. Admittedly, availability will play a large role in which dress I get, but in a perfect world, which dress do you you like better? Keep in mind, I am a plus size bride....

Option 1: A Bonny Unforgettable, number 1918

Option 2: Maggie Sottero Lillian

I think for a plus sized bride the sweetheart neckline will look really good on you. Plus the 2nd dress has a drop waist which might not be as flattering. I vote for dress # 1.

A drop-waist dress is hard for a lot of figures to wear. #1 would look great on a girl with curves. And I like how the top ruching (sp?) makes it distinct from the skirt of the dress.

Thanks so much for the opinions! I am incredibly torn right now....

Both dresses look fabulous on me, if I may say so myself! However, dress #1 would need some major alterations and dress #2 would only need a little hem...but dress #1 might be available in white while dress #2 is only available in ivory! This wouldn't be a big problem but my fiance is wearing his Navy dress white uniform (think the movie Officer and a Gentleman) and they are WHITE. I don't want my dress to look dirty next to his outfit.

Sigh, nothing to do but wait for the call on dress #1 I guess! :) Thank you all for the input!
