I don’t think it’s too wordy – it’s written very well for what they need to know (I’m a wedding coordinator at a hotel and write room block contracts for a living 😉 )

I would make a new paragraph though for “If you plan to add on an…”

I might also list your cutoff date in the first sentence – like “For your convenience, discounted hotel rooms are available if you book by October 11th at XYZ hotel. A special rate of $169.00 per night has been negotiated for Saturday, November 26th and Sunday, November 27th.  To reserve a room please go to…”

I agree with moving up the deadline otherwise your guests might overlook it. I am a believer in giving your guests as much information as possible up front to hopefully help limit their questions down the road. I think you did a good job!
