Help with back/arm jiggle!

@caiti_182: I love body pump and do it about twice a week! Best class ever!!! I know there is a tricep exercise in that class but I know its doesn’t do enough for the arm jiggle! I have the jiggle as well and I hate it! The older I’m gettin the more it stays and doesnt want to go away! I started running last year and it is an all body workout so I feel it has helped me alot in the arm jiggle department surprisingly!! Especially since I move my arms while I run

You can do the lat pull down machine and the one I think it’s called rows.. Where you are sitting down and the machine has 2 handles and you pull them straight back. Also if your gym had an assisted pull up machine that is great for the arms/back. Planks work a lot of different areas as well.

Try push-ups. They’re great for getting rid of the arm jiggle.

@caiti_182:  You’re welcome! Once you use it, you’ll see it’s not as bad as it looks. Just start off light with the weight and go up from there. I usually do 3-4 sets of 10. Good luck! 🙂

Lat pulldown machine, tricep dips. Swimming is great for toning all around. Pushups are great too, and you can play around with hand position, as well as planks. Pushups seem to show results pretty quickly.

@caiti_182:  i would like to know how is it going any progress with the jiggle? i have the same problem area too
