๐Ÿ™  sorry to hear this.  I am starting to break out allll over my chest.  which NEVER has been a problem before!  I am suppose to go on a mini girls vacay this weekend and dont wanna get in a swim suit!

I know that ive heard forehead breakouts are from stress.   Are you stressed about anything?  I guess I would try to take a lot of vitamins and do meditations every night or something.  See if that works?  Adding a warm wash cloth every night to your face might help too.

Goodluck!

Are you touching your face more now that it’s broke out?  I tend to break out on my chin and notice that I touch my chin to see if there are still issues there, which can cause the breakout to be worse…

Don’t try and wash them away too much, that just causes irritation. A spot cream with sulfuric acid helps best, although they can be pretty pricey.

Get dry oatmeal
Brown sugar and olive oil mix in a bowl to make paste almost creamy substance and use as a truly pure face scrub

Cut a tomato in half and rub on the skin. Leave on for fifteen minutes. Wash it off with water. This will reduce open pores and blackheads. This treatment is good particularly for oily skin…is the easiest technique to get rid of pimples

To help get rid of redness, put eyedrops on a Q tip and apply to affected areas.

I used to have really bad acne growing up and trust me these work!

@SnowPeony:  Good tip.  I am so annoyed by it.  It started off as one, and now its all over my chest!  I’m like WHAT THE HELL!?!?!  Grrr, acne is so annoying.  I am paranoid I will be all sorts of broken out for the wedding in Sept.

@Miss Otter:  Have you thought about doing a whole body exfoliation?  I know a few spas in our area do them, or you can do them at home with sugar. ๐Ÿ™‚  It might help.  I’m planning to do them once a week the three months leading up to the wedding.

@ms_nickie:  I have thought about body facials (and face facials) leading up to the wedding.  I am afraid if I try to exfoliate this chest acne, its going to spread more (which I think is what caused it to spread originally… I had bought an acne shower scrub and thats when it started to spread).  GRRRRRRRRRR

@Miss Otter:  Well scratch that idea….no one wants acne head to toe.  ๐Ÿ™ I hope it clears up soon!

I usually break out the week before my period. I HATE IT.  Whatever you do DON’T PICK. It’s hard not to, but you have to discipline yourself not to. You will only exacerbate it, and it will take longer for your face to heal, and you run the risk of getting scars. Your best bet is to gently wash your face twice a day, use an exfoliator and a moisturizer.  Sometimes I use Neosporin as a spot treatment since it is an antibiotic. It will take down the redness. The only problems is that you can’t use it a whole lot because your body will build up a tolerance to it. I also heard honey mixed with egg white is good for treating whiteheads when used as a face masque. Good luck, i hope your face clears up.

I use Mario Badescue’s drying lotion for my underground zits. It’s expensive, but the bottle last practically forever.
