Very cute dress Bean! You can wear pantyhose with any dress or skirt... with that dress I'd go with some flesh colored ones though. Forget the bridal white ones!
I think a cute cardigan would work or a pretty bolero! I would keep it on the shorter side so you could show off the detail around your midsection.
I remember seeing these cover ups in MS Weddings- of course, each one of these like is $500-1200, but you get the idea :)

What a pretty dress! I love it! I agree with Recessionista regarding flesh-colored hose and the cardigans. If you're looking for something warm outside, how about a cream or white knee-length princess coat?
Ditto on the cute cover ups but I vote for colored tights. Or ones with hearts on them. Because I totally would...but that is just me

This is the dress I'll be wearing to my city hall ceremony in February...problem is, it will be pretty cold outside that time of year. I am wondering if I can wear pantyhose with this dress? Also can anyone suggest something that would look good over it - like a coat or jacket? Please include links if possible! Thanks!
