I would probably recommend a hoop skirt so that your dress will keep its full shape. You would need a ton of tull if you didnt. Plus a hoop will allow you to keep all that fabric off of your legs, it will keep you cooler. As for the top, I preferred the non adjustable waist, it is more like spandex and helps to smooth out any lines.

I have no idea what I'm doing when shopping for a crinoline. I have no idea what I'm looking for. Do I need hoops? Do I want hoops? Do I want an adjustable waist? What fabric should I get? I'm so lost. Below is a picture of my dress. I'd like it to be just as poofy as the pic, but have no idea what crinoline to buy. Had I bought the dress in a boutique, I'm sure they would have gladly helped, but I bought it online. Any help from you bees would be fantastic! Thanks!
