I would definitely allow more time than you think, everything  on my wedding day took way longer than expected and I was happy we over-budgeted time when we were running late to the church (got there just in time).

It really depends on how much time your other 3 people need for both hair and makeup. It seems that with that many people she should have an assistant?

I’m an over-planner and look at this mathematically:

9am – 2:30pm = 5.5 hrs

5.5 hrs – 3 hrs for you = 2.5 hrs for 3 other people’s hair and makeup

2.5 hrs/ 3 = 50 minutes for each person

this is all without wiggle room and assuming everything goes as planned and people don’t want things changed on the day-of.

I too had a long trial ~3 hrs and on the day my hair didn’t turn out exactly right as she was doing it so she had to redo some sections (had updo with 2 french braids on the sides) so it took even longer than the trial, so I personally would ask for more time – even a half hour or for her to have an assistant for part of the time? You would know yourself and your family better, perhaps they are less picky and won’t require as much attention.
