@BWymer2012: Unfortunately that file is a pdf, not an image file, so it's not able to be edited (at least in an easy and neat way). Maybe you could find a similar freebie in your colors? Wedding Chicks and Martha Stewart both have a lot of free downloads.
I can do it for you no problem! I have photoshop, so its a snap! Here is an example, PM me with the exact shade of gray you want and I can edit for you! :)
haha, I clicked on this thinking you meant gimp, like the plastic string we used back in grade school to make keychains and stuff?
For the record, this could have been done in gimp by doing this:
use the magic wand tool, and click on the "navy spots"
click colors>>>desaturate
deselect all by clicking CTRL+SHIFT+A or select>>>none
If you're getting involved in editing things with gimp (for whatever reason) I highly recommend checking out these tutorials for beginners.
i know my post is completely useless but that not what a gimp is in the uk lol

I'm using Gimp because it was free and i'm trying to figure out if theres a way to change the navy to gray. I'm new to this stuff and have no idea what i'm doing!!! please help :)
