My fiance and I are getting married on July 10th, 2010 and our colors are navy and orange. Our wedding will be outside and take place at sunset. My bridesmaids are wearing a Midnight Blue color, but I have no clue what color to get the guys suits in. I don't want black, but I think linen or tan might be too bright for a night wedding. Would dark gray look ok? Or maybe navy, but would that look funny with the bridesmaid's dresses? Ugghhh! HELP!

Dark blue suit and a light blue shirt – a harmonious combination. A dark blue tie would be the perfect match but the overall picture would be less thrilling. A fresh orange will make the right pinch of contrast on the other hand.

i actually think a grey or tan suit would be really cool, even at night - since it's a summer wedding you could probably get away with it if you had them in a more formal fabric. also, the contrast with the navy dresses i think would look really cool too.

nb. probably a little bit of personal bias in this post since i am in love love love with tan suits on guys - khaki suit, white shirt, blue tie. mmmmmm. sexy.
