My wedding isn’t exactly a destination wedding but there will be a lot of out of town guests from about 4 hours away or more. I have blocked 41 hotel rooms. The hotel said they will block the 41 rooms but 15 have to be taken off hold 2/2/13 and the rest are I think the 2nd last Saturday in march when they get taken off hold. My wedding is 5/18/13 and I intended to mail invitations in February.
question 1: is it ok to mail out in January due to the hotel rooms or is that just too early?
questions 2: when I insert the paper with the hotel info do I also put the info about when the holds expire so they know when to call by?
Also any help with the wording for the insert about hotels is appreciated!
afterthought: is it proper to add where we are registered? Kind of throw it on on the bottom of the hotel insert?
