Hi!
I wanted to download some images from iStock photo. The ones that are labelled as vector images... can I use them in Photoshop to layer? (I know that I need to use illustrator if I want to edit the image) but do I need illustrator to use the image?
Thanks for helping this iStock newbie out!!
