If you don’t want to do a full on wedding planner, you could always to a month of coordinator who takes over the month before and coordinates everything you already planned with your vendors.  Or possibly just a day-of coordinator who will get everything set up while you enjoy your special day.  Those would be cheaper options.  Good luck!

How big will your guest list be? I have heard that hosting your reception at a restaurant is a good way to keep costs down, as long as you like the ambiance and decor, it won’t need much in the way of expensive decorations or flowers.

My husband and I honeymooned in Key West this year, and we loved it there. 🙂

What vendors are you looking for?  I just got married in Key West and had a great photographer and makeup/hair person.  It was just the two of us though so I can’t help with reception ideas.

Key West was amazing!

We are getting married at the Pier House in Key West in less than 2 weeks! We have 22 guests, so we are doing the ceremony right on their private beach, followed by dinner on the private covered deck at their on-site restaurant, and we are staying at the resort. They also offer full receptions on the beach and I believe inside as well if you want. We chose the dinner just because we wanted to keep it simple and only have 22 guests. The coordinators there are amazing and recommended all kinds of vendors they have used in the past and knew were good. They honestly have made the entire thing easy and stress-free! I’ll be able to rate all the vendors when we are back in a few weeks! Good Luck!
