I am getting married in October and have a country/elegant wedding. Think pearls, lace, burlap, daisies, etc. I am having a hard time deciding on linens since they are so expensive. I have found 12 chocolate brown linens but need approximately 25. Would it be a bad idea to buy another color?

Pick an accent color if you are not fond of white. For example a friend of mine is doing chocolate brown and pink. She is alternating pink / brown linens on each table. It creates a dynamic look.

@shannonh32: Thats a good idea too! I am doing mostly brown and white at the wedding. The girls are wearing chocolate brown dresses with boots. The guys are wearing chocolate brown shirts with jeans and boots. I am accenting with a dark pink/fuchsia and orange.

Craigslist is a great source for linens. So many brides are buying their linens, because it costs less than renting, then selling them after the wedding.
