you are a gorgeous bride and that 2nd one does nothing for you.  sorry, from the front view, it looks like a sheet hanging on you.

what else have you tried on?

@whiteromance:  The second one is just gorgeous!!  And not a lot of people can pull it off the way you can.  I like the first one too though 😉 What is your first dress like?  It might be nice to have a contrast.

Another nice thing about #2 is that it might be comfortable to be in something less form fitting at the reception so you can feel like you can eat whatever you want!  Although that’s just something I’d want to do 😉

The first looks nice from the back, but that first picture is…well, I have to think you aren’t standing up straight? It’s not kind to your tummy, but I think it’s because you’re standing with you butt out?

What does your wedding gown look like? I usually expect a reception dress to have less fabric to let you dance. The second has a lot of fabric.

i just saw the update and I don’t understand.  The second dress is your wedding dress? Or is the new photo showing your wedding dress?

@whiteromance:  i like the last picture you posted, is there a front view?   i love the flowing skirt very much but i like a tighter bodice on you.  you have a great figure, don’t hide it.

I love, love the back of dress 2, but the front does nothing for you. I totally agree with mypinkshoes  when she said it looks like a sheet hanging on you. For that reason, I’d go with dress 1.

Dress #2 hides your great shape. They’re both pretty, but I voted for #1. I think it shows off your curve and is more flattering.

I don’t get it. are you saying that Dress 3, the ceremony dress, has a detachable skirt? And that the skirt will somehow be made into a baby doll dress? that would explain why the pictures of “Dress 2” make it look a but messy, I guess.

I’ve been around the dress forum for a while and I’m not sure what I’m missing here. Most of the time, if a skirt is detachable, you leave it behind and there’s a new dress underneath.

I like #2. You don’t have to change completely from your ceremony, you look much more comfortable in order to enjoy your reception, and it looks very ‘ethereal’ on you.
