Im totally clueless now…! My wedding is May 30th, a garden setting in late afternoon. I originally thought to have my colors be various hues of corals and pinks, but now after reading many posts, maybe its to bright for a spring wedding? Im in love with the coral color though. Do you think I could pair it with grey to tone it down a bit instead of more bright hues of pink? Or should i just ditch the coral idea altogether? Any other suggestions for colors? Please help!

Do what you love becuase in the end that is all that matters. Who cares what the “season colors” are and what colors are “in” right now. It is your day and if you want corel, do it! It will look fabulous no matter what!

Do coral! If you love it you should defintely go that route. I think snippet and ink did a coral board not too long ago. Don’t feel like you need to tone it down at all, there are no real rules anymore with wedding colors. So do what you love.

I think Coral would look wonderful! You can mix some green tones in to give you more of the “garden” feel to the wedding. But you should absolutely do what you love the most! This day is to represent you! Here is a little something I found for you to show that you can bring coral into a garden themed wedding…
I hope this helps a little bit! Do what you love the most!!

Corals, peaches and pinks are definitely NOT too bright for a spring wedding. I love the idea and the colors. Here are some inspiration boards from Snippet & Ink that incorporates those colors. Pair them with a grass green base and it’s very natural. Pair them with an aqua or turquoise and it takes it to a whole other level. LOVE the idea. Don’t change your colors – make sure to pick colors you love b/c you have to live with those pictures forever!
Corals, peach and pink.
With hot pink.
With turquoise and aqua.
With a green.

I think coral would be LOVELY for a spring wedding. You could definitely pair it with grey, if you feel it’s to much. GO FOR IT!

Grey is my favourite color so I like that. But pretty much every inpsiration board posted above is GORGEOUS. I can’t decide on my fav. I do like the aqua. The last one is very garden-y though!
We’re doing charcoal grey and pale blush pink in October. Who cares? 🙂

Is there anyone who has photos of the color “watermelon” listed on Ann Taylor’s website. The dresses I want are a final sale and there are no color swatches to purchase so that I can see what it looks like in person as opposed to the website. If I do purchase the dresses, I cannot return them because of the final sale. They also do not have them in the store.
