I’m going to paint a bookshelf for my sons playroom and want to paper the back part. Has anyone done this? What type of paper is best to use, contact, shelf liner, thick wrapping paper, or wallpaper? Thanks!

MacFaniam24: You can use any of the above. You can also wrap or cover a piece of thin fibreboard or luann cut to the exact size and just use double-sided tape to hold it in place against the back of the shelf. It makes it easy to change if you want to.
