I had that happen when we were printing our envelopes. It happened off and on and I don't really know why it did that! The only thing I could think of was some of those envelopes the glue at the flaps weren't perfect.
Honestly, I just let it slide. It's not getting to the guest in perfect condition anyways.
Does the printer have a seperate setting for the kind of paper. That happened to me until I found out there was a paper setting. Once I set mine to envelopes, no more issue. I thought I just had to set it in the computer, but I had to do both.
They are a thin paper envelope. We did change the setting to envelope and the same thing happened! Grr.
It just sucks b/c printing the envelopes and response cards were cake!

Hello Hive!
I've been helping my bestie print her wedding invitations (Brides Damask from Michael's - really cute!). It went GREAT, which is a relief because we know how nightmarish it can be to format pesky printers :) Anyway, we went to run the envelopes through the printer & they printed just fine - however, they ended up getting a wrinkle/crease in them that is no bueno. It's like they went through the rollers really tight & the printer pressed them really hard almost bunched them up in a little wrinkle.
Does anyone know what I am talking about? If so, any advice for printing envelopes so this doesn't happen??
Thanks!
