So, Fiance and I have liqueur that we love, Dekuyper Chocolate Chili. We both love spice, so the habanero heat that follows the chocolate is fantastic. We’d like to incorporate it into a signature cocktail, but we’re having difficulty thinking of what would go well with it given it’s unique flavor. Normally, we put it in coffee or hot chocolate, but serving hot drinks isn’t really feasible in a room filled with body heat. Not to mention needing heat resistant cups, etc. So, can anyone give me some ideas as to what this can be added to that will make a tasty and enjoyable cocktail?

@notestasiskis: How about a chocolate chili martini?
Edit: Here’s a recipe with the liquor you were planning on using: http://www.dekuyperusa.com/recipes/show/chocolate-chili-martini
Second edit: Also, how about a chocolate chili Russian?

Ooh, the Russian sounds fantastic. Off subject, ever tried a Blonde Russian? Irish cream, butterscotch schnapps, coffee liqueur and milk. Delicious.
