Help with steaming dress and transporting

@mrsztobee:  It may be good to hang it in the bathroom with hot water running so the steam may help but if you take it to a professional I would make sure to take it to someone a week before and pick it up 3 or so days before.

Where are you getting ready? My venue provided a steamer for us (though we didnt need it). Could someone in your bridal party or your parents keep it for you? If not, I’d recommend seeing if you can find a place that can steam it the day before you go so it’s been back in the bag minimal time.

If you’re at a nice hotel they should have a steamer for you.  I bought a cheap hand steamer just in case.  i had a tulle and lace gown w/ a  huge traing and many layers of tulle.  i (my wedding coordinator) steamed it day of while we were getting ready because it was just too big to store after professional steaming w/o out it getting all wrinkly again.
