ooooh, i wouldn't try to move tables that were on the dance floor... that sounds like a logistical nightmare... and honestly as a guest, i'd be like, hey, where'd they move my table?
given the situation, it seems like you'll need to use the side rooms. as with any seat planning, it just makes sense that you'd end up with the least closest friends or co-workers at that table. and i think they'd be understanding about it.

I have a small issue. The number of invites are increasing as we're finding family and friends that we "should" include in the wedding. I originally estimated 120,but now it's getting to 140.
The venue can hold up to 150 people, but only by putting people in the side rooms. The main room can really only hold 110 people. There's visibility, but it's obvious that they're in the back and sectioned off. They would have to move and stand to see the wedding party entrance, speeches, a couples game, and cake cutting. There's not enough "kids/teens" for kids rooms. I've attached a link of the 360 tour of the room below.
So I'm open to to ANY suggestions or opinions on this matter. or who you would put in the side rooms.
One idea was put tables on the dance floor to get more tables in the main room, and them move them off after the dinner. Not sure how to deal with the logistics of moving people off tables when tranistioning to dancing.
