So my mom and I tried cracked ice for our head table/ ceremony arrangement vases to fill the bottom, and when she texted me this morning she said she didnt like it it just looked like water with squiggles in it. What is a good filler??

Try water beads. You can get them in many differ colors or clear. We used some for our head table, found clear ones at the dollar store.
