My e-ring has a similar basket and I didn’t think about how a wedding band would work with it when I picked it out. My choices were to either get a straight band and have a gap or get a curved band and not be able to wear it by itself occasionally. I chose to get the straight band and have a gap. I really wanted to be able to wear my wedding band alone sometimes and I didn’t like the way a curved band look by itself. Turns out I actually love my gap and wouldn’t want my band to sit flush.

futuremrsb.:  I have a similar-ish problem with my ring. Have a flower cluster, and if I get a straight band there will be a really weird gap. So from my experience, you have a couple of options:

1. Get a shaped to fit one

2. Get a “hidden” one

3. Move your engagement ring to the right hand and wear a “normal” wedding band (my least favourite option personally, but some people do it)..

4. Just have a gap.

Whatever you choose the most important thing is that you feel comfortable and that you love it.
