I have having trouble with wedding colors and would like some help 🙂
We are planning a wedding for October 2013 because I love everything fall. My wedding dress is a white gown with red accents at the top. I love my dress, but I am having a hard time deciding what my colors should be. I don’t really want to do white and red because that is a bit boring for me. I would love to incorporate more of the fall colors like brown and ivory.
Would it be ok for my bridesmaids to wear brown? Any good ideas out there? I am confused on the direction I should take and I want it to all go together.

@NinaDiBenedetto: My sisters wedding colors were ivory, brown and coral! Went well together. She didn’t have a bridal party because theres 5 girls total and she wanted a simple, quick wedding! It was perfect! 🙂

I’d do white, red, rust, gold, and brown, with maybe some forest green accents.
Have you tried Perfect Palette yet? It has YEARS worth of palettes, and it seems like she generally tries to keep it to colors that are widely available (unlike some of the other palette sites that are Pantone based; it’s so easy to fall in love with colors that don’t exist except in swatch books.)

Maybe do a chocolate brown dress? I like this one, with the red waistline. Davidsbridal.com
I would do a brown dress, but with red shoes.
Heres a bouquet idea, but use ivory flowers instead of the orange ones?
