i have 3 bms. i asked their budgets and preferences, then after much trouble and deliberation among us all over different types of dresses, put together a collection of 16 alfred angelo dresses for them to choose from. the only requirements are knee length, chiffon and eggplant in color. all of the dresses are well below the budgets they gave me, and 2 of the bms had no problems going out and ordering their dresses.
the 3rd bm has asked me 3 times to send her the example pictures of the 16 dresses. she told me she received all of those emails but was still confused. i’m not sure how confusing it can be since i’ve given her 16 examples and told her what fabric, what length and what color. so the other bms and i narrowed it down for her. the dresses cost roughly half of what bm #3 was willing to spend and since she spontaneously decided to fly to london for the olympics a couple of months ago i don’t think its a money issue, but she still hasnt bought a dress. i sent her again the pictures of the dresses to choose from and pictures of the dresses the other bms bought. she replied that she would look over the emails carefully this weekend.
she keeps posting all over fb that she’s having a great time watching all of the soccer and football games this weekend but hasnt responded to my emails, so i’m guessing she still hasnt ordered a dress. she lives a couple of states away from me so i looked up the alfred angelo store near her and called them to ask when a dress would come in if she ordered it today. they said it wouldn’t arrive in time for my wedding 🙁
i’ve tried calling her before but i haven’t been able to get ahold of her. either she’s working or says she hasn’t gotten my messages. now i guess i have to let her know that she cant be in the wedding because the dress wont arrive in time? how do i say this?
