I am making a triple frame as a gift for my in laws on the wedding day. It has a picture of him as a little boy on the left (I asked her to lend me her favorite pics of him for a wedding project) and an engagement pic of us on the right and then in the middle I want to write a short thank you basically for raising such a wonderful man 🙂
I’m drawing a blank on what to write. I love them like my own parents, they are so wonderful to me and my daughter. And he is very close with his parents and obviously they did a wonderful job raising him and i want to thank them for that in a non cheesy/poem way.lol
Any ideas? 🙂

1.Thank you for having such a wonderful son and letting us all share this joyous day together. Thank you for all of your support and guidance though out the years I have known you and the years to come. I am grateful for all of this happiness that has stepped into my life and most of all thankful that you have shown me nothing but love and respect.
2.I’m so grateful to you
for raising such a wonderful son.
For being his guide, teaching him things
and I’m grateful to be the one
he’s chosen to walk beside him
the rest of his life through.
I know that a good part of what makes him wonderful
is because of you.

@julies1949: I love the second one, it’s short enough to write in the 4×6 space and it’s kind of like a poem but not rhyming. Thank you!! 🙂
