I’m wondering if we’ll need ushers or helpers on the day of. We’re not having bride and groom sides at the ceremony and the programs will already be on the chairs. We’re setting up the chairs, so it’ll be whatever number of chairs we want. For guest book, we’re doing a polaroid pic guest book and we will have clear instructions on the table, but I’m guessing we might get more ppl to take pics and sign the guestbook if one or 2 ppl are running that table and/or walking around taking the pics. We’re having 100-115 guests and we have a planner and day of coordinator.
I’ve been told I need ushers/ceremony greeters along with attendants for the photo guestbook table and attendants for the escort card/favor table, but do I? who should they be? I feel kinda bad asking someone to do work, so I’m not sure who’d make the most sense.
