Have you seen these? You might be able to add a blue accent instead of pink:

Or you might be able to DIY something like this:

Something like this maybe? You could switch out for blue buttons or little ribbon flowers or acorns, and it would still be cute.

You can buy wood hearts at the craft store and use a woodburning pen to do the details

a similat look with birch bark

balsa wood is very light and thin and can be cut and shaped into anything you like
you could use burlap instead of the blue solid in this one, then find a ribbon that works with your colors and use a wood button for the center

use rustic looking upholstery fabric
Little wheat stalks!! I love them and I can't imagine it's that expensive to DIY. There's a pic in this board: http://www.theperfectpalette.com/2011/09/fall-fever-palette-of-latte-powder-blue.html
I used wood slices with lanterns in my wedding and had rustic elements, too. You have great taste! hehe. I had my florist make a little heart with our initials and she wrapped twine around stems. I also had her add a little bit of branching that we used in the centerpieces. You could also wrap burlap around the stems. Here is some pics. You can see the heart better in the dried pic after the wedding!

Fiddle heads!!! you can make them superrrr easy with baking clay from local craft store- clay runs about $2 and you can make several almost 20 in one pack of clay! heres a idea

@Laurengettingmarried: OOOH! The ones from Rustic, Country, Folksy are from my wedding. =D The fabric ones are the boutonnieres and the cotton bolls are the corsages.

I cannot find anything that goes with the rest of my decorations. I'm doing all the flowers and decorations myself so I need DIY boutonnieres. My colors are blue, tan, and white. I'm using burlap for table runners and invites. Also using logs or wood slices (however you wanna say it) for the guest book, ring bearer "pillow", and cake stand. Can someone help me to find some that will go with it PLEASE!!!!
