@HelloCarly:  Gosh, I have no idea but I wanted to let you know I hope this works out for you. I know the salers are independent similar to Amazon. Did the saler have good ratings?

It seems fishy but for now I’d just stay on her through e-mail (unless you’re close to the deadline for a Paypal dispute.) She has lots of good reviews which is the only reason this doesn’t raise a bunch of red flags. Life could just be super hectic for her right now, and while it doesn’t excuse her behavior, nor should it prevent you from leaving a truthful review, it may not yet warrant a Paypal case.

@HelloCarly:  Best of luck to you. I hope she isn’t trying to sale it to someone else. I agree with the post above. Give her a little more time but at the end of the day she has the money and you don’t have the ring. Don’t let too much time get away from you.

My friend bought from her and had a lot of communication issues. but she always ended up coming through. I would give it a little more time and then if it isn’t here by the Refund!

I don’t know where this etsy person is located – but – can you call her?  I know its a pain to call out of the country but it may be worth it to talk to her.

Yikes! Was any sort of guarantee given on the time frame?

@HelloCarly:  There is no way it chipped in transit, so she obviously thought you’d be dumb enough to accept a cracked stone. Jeez!

Why not get a peach moissanite?  I’ve seen them on here and they’re gorgeous.

For anyone looking to purchase from this seller, please be warned. I’ve had my ring for 5 weeks and 4 diamonds have fallen out. The ring wasn’t resized either. She’s also not very polite. She gave us the option to send back the ring uninsured (because she didn’t want to pay customs fees, aka mail fraud) or to have it fixed here which would void the warranty. She also didn’t offer to compensate us for any of the repairs despite my asking. I did my research on this seller and came up with nothing negative so I want to make everyone aware who is considering purchasing from her that this has been a nightmare experience. The rings are beautiful but it is not worth the hassle.
