I just got married a couple weeks ago and the hubby and I are “not trying not preventing” (I think the lingo here is NTNP or something but I’m new here 🙂
I can usually feel when I ovulate but not consistantly every month which makes me think I don’t always ovulate. Maybe I have a lazy ovary or something.
I should have been at peak fertile time during my honeymoon but I did not conceive which got doubts and worries in my head even more.
Has anyone tried/researched these herbs for help with hormone balance/support and ovulation? Thoughts? Your experience?

@AlicialovesJose: I had luck with vitex, but would highly recommend consulting a naturopath before starting any supplements, because some can be more of a hindrance than a help if not needed. For instance vitex can cause regular cycles to become irregular. Have you charted to find out more about your cycle? Ovulation pains aren’t always a reliable indicator, they can be easy to miss. How did you know you were at peak fertility on your honeymoon? If it was a generic phone/internet app, they can be accurate for some but very ineffective for others!!
You only have 25-30ish% chance of conceiving each month, even IF timed perfectly, so I’d be very wary of searching for problems that may not exist at this point!
Congrats on your wedding!!

I also had success with vitex, I was already ovulating each cycle, but it was taking 30+ days to get there. Definitely speak with a naturopath.
