The dress you bought looks better. I think you should keep it. And the neckline is amazing on it! I’m a sweetheart kind of girl, but I still think the one you have is better. The 2nd dress is more like everyone else’s. The fabric and cut on your dress is more unique and to me, looks much more expenaive and flattering.

And as far as moving around, it’ll be what it is- a poofy bottomed wedding dress- regardless of which one you end up with. A friend of mine picked her dress specifically for the way she could easily move in it. She ended up regretting it. Cause she loved the first dress more.

The dress you have looks WAY better on you than the one you didn’t get… The neckline on the first dress is great vert complimentary to the dress, which is awesome by the way

I think you look great in your dress. And I like the neckline. And you had to realize that it would be a bit unweildy to move around in when you bought it, so don’t stress about it now. It’ll be fine. My friend’s bustle broke and she ended up carrying her train around the whole night and it was a pain but it was fine. Your dress won’t be as bad as that. It’s beautiful and you own it so just remember all the wonderful things you loved about it.

OMG I vote for the one you got, HANDS DOWN it is absolutely gorgeous and is so flattering on you. She should be able to do SOMETHING decent with the bustle, and then like ajester said, it’ll be what it is.

Seems like all of us have regret at one point or another.  I made the mistake of going out to try on dresses after I put a down-payment on 1.  Guess what?  I was like omgoodness, I like this other dress.  In the end, I love/d my dress.  Anyway, KTBanana posted this site on another thread.  It may help you out.

Check it out.

Your dress looks incredible on you.  I like it way more than the other dress.

I like the first dress so much more!  You look incredible in it!  And although you are thin, it does highlight the curves you have.

I like the first dress better in terms of look and style. If it’s a matter of which dress looks best on your body – and not the style of the dress itself – I would say hands down the second dress. It flatters your body, but you already know that. Put it on and you are an automatic Coca-Cola…That. Is. All Wink

See if you can take some of the puff on the bottom out between the ceremony and reception, I mean like with sissors if you have to so you can move around and dance. Your dress is quite stunning btw!

Your dress definitely makes you look curvier! It is beautiful! Maybe if they took some of the fullness out of the bottom skirt, it will balance with your top more?
