im sorry i dont have any ideas but i must say that those are soooo cute! How much did it cost for you to make them??
Thank you girl!! I bought the hunny tubes for about $47.00 a tube, and got 4 total. Then, I bought the jars to put the honey in at the same place as I bought the honey. (the only reason I did this is because he didn't already have the pre-made) & he sold the jars to me for about $5.00 a pack for about 9 packs. Total, it was about $220.00. I poured the honey & went to Michaels to get the fabric & the twine, which was about $20.00!! :) They've been so much fun to make!
Firstly: Super cute!!
I'm doing homemade jam and I'm getting labels made. To customize it I am going to use patterned fabric over top and twine. I think a cute little tag attached to the twine would look great. If you want to keep it simple I do think it's pretty darned cute as is.
Yes!! SO DAMN CUTE!!
I think you could keep them as they are with the sign on the table or make a little tag with the cute saying on it too. Either would be fine. How about a sticker to put on the top of the cloth? Maybe design the sticker or tag with a cute simple bee icon?
WAY TO GO! This looks great :)
SOOOOOOOOO CUTE!! I think that you can put sticky labels on the front of the jars.
Maybe just use a tiny bit of thread, wrap it around the jar, underneath the fabric and attach a tiny round tag on it? So it hangs just below the knot of the twine?
This may be WAYYYYY too much work, but what about embroidering your monogram (if you have one) and date on top of the cloth? You may be able to even screen print something on top of there instead of sewing it in.
Ooh, or stamp your L on top of it!
http://stephanieisgettingmarried.blogspot.com did some stamped muslin bags, they were pretty cool!
Thank you ladies so much!! I might go with a cute label on the front of it, but then I have to think of some kind of design!! I don't even know where to start with desiging things.
@princess: I looked into the screen printing, it's too small of an area for any of the guys I know to do it :( But that is a great idea! Thank you for your help!
I love that! They look great! I also love the idea about screenprinting your monogram or something on it, but then again, that does take time. Good luck!
I'm looking for designs to put on a label so I can make the labels to put on the front, & my colors are pink & yellow...does anyone have any ideas? I'm trying to think of something pretty & southern-style-ish!!
Labels would be cute

If you just want blank label designs that you could change the color of, try domestifluff.com - it's kristen from paper crave's personal blog. :)
What about stamping something onto the fabric on top? A small custom stamp with your monogram or some other image wouldn't be too expensive and I think it would be really cute!
Either way, this is an AWESOME favor idea!
I think someone mentioned it, but you can stamp the top of the muslin - maybe with an L, or the date?
Edit: I guess Trail Mix posted while I was writing my post - in any case, I agree!
I WILL MAKE A CUTE LABEL WITH YOUR INITIALS AND THE WEDDING DATE... LOVE THE HONEY SOOO CUTE
I am liking the idea with a custom stamp or something along those lines. Where could I get a custom stamp made???
I got mine here I stamped the back of my STD's with a custom stamp that said destination wedding (then the place) They came out so pretty.
Michael's also has initial stamps with and stamps with flourishes that you could use...
These are adorable! I found a site that has labels, and loved the labels so much I was trying to find a favor to go with.
They are at http://canningpantry.sp73.com/ and if that doesn't work, try this link, there is wording that says, "Custom Canning Label Design Link," just below the jars. http://www.canningpantry.com/custom-canning-labels.html
I would like to do honey jars for my favors too! Am wondering, though, if you had to seal or sanitize the jars somehow or you just poured in the honey and screwed on the tops? Thanks.
So cute!
Michaels has the glass etching kit too, and if you want tags, cardsandpocket.com now has diecut shapes for tags etc., reasonable prices:

Hey guys! So I got honey favors about a week ago & I added this fabric & wrapped twine around it, I've only done a few so this is an example of what it looks like.
I originally wasn't going to add anything TO the honey favors after this because I LOVED how simple it looked. I was going to have a sign, however, where the honey sits at the wedding that says "From the Lee's & the Bee's, enjoy if you please." & thought that'd be good enough. I kept thinking though, and thought that personalizing these in SOME way would be great so that people 10 years from now would know where they got them.
I work at a sign shop & was thinking of adding vinyl to the back of it so that it wasn't able to be seen, but at least it was there. Then I had the idea of putting a tag around the twine, but the twine is wrapped so tightly under the lid it would look funny, & if I were to put a tag on the bow it would droop & hide the pretty bow.
So, I'm just trying to think of how to personalize it...any ideas would be GREAT. Thank you ladies so much!!!
