What a lovely dress!!! the guys can wear charcoal suits with eggplant ties =) Find a eggplant tie with maybe some orange stripes for the groom? Why does he want to wear orange? lol
Ok, first of all, I love that dress. I think that the dress is so neutral though, anything would look good on the guys. Silver/gray that you suggested would be chic and a little formal, so it depends on what look you're going for. Personally, I would want a little more color, I would look for some patterned ties for them in the eggplant color you described. I always think it looks so cool with mismatched patterns in the same color scheme (like Miss Buttons here: http://www.weddingbee.com/2010/02/08/dressing-the-dudes-part-3-accessorizing/ ) but if you're more the matchy type, find a perfect tie, maybe some classic diagonal stripes, and get it for all of them.

Hi everyone,
My bridesmaids are wearing these gray dresses from Anthropologie and I'm having a hard time figuring out what the guys should wear. From an earlier post I think I've decided on having them wear black suits/tuxes with silvery/gray vests and ties. What do you think? My colors are gray and ivory with maybe a splash of eggplant (and orange, only because my groom is insisting on wearing an orange tie!!) Thanks in advance for your help and advice!!
