That’s beautiful, I think it’s actually much nicer than the one you first posted on the board. And so unique too – it sounds like its perfect for you.

It’s lovely! I also prefer it to the one you first posted. It looks like you will be able to wear it everyday, and it will hold up better as well.

Here is my ring from roughly 1890!

It doesn’t have a stone yet… and it’s just a little bit over the deadline for victorian…(1837-1901) my ring was made in 1911… I’m so excited! I’m picking it up tomorrow!

@MadsTheGallifreyan – From Gold Adore? I recognize the backdrop in the pictures. We also just reserved a pair of diamond bands from Gillian, who has been absolutely phenomenal to work with, but they’re 1920’s, as is the engagement ring and floral band we also just purchased. Your ring is absolutely beautiful. I too, am in love with vintage rings. Having a little piece of history on your finger and knowing that you’ll never have a ring twin? Priceless!

Why won’t you be able to get it until June?

@MadsTheGallifreyan – Yes! Gillian is very quick to respond when you send her a message, not to mention always so helpful whenever you have a question.

@MadsTheGallifreyan:  It is so, so beautiful!! I love the color of the stones and the graceful lines of the setting and carvings on the band. Congratulations on finding your perfect ring!

Both of those rings are so pretty I wish I had gotten a vintage ring but mine is beautiful anyway.

@just_deal_with_it:  many listings stay up for several days until the seller adjusts them and lists them as reserved. it doesn’t necessarily mean he has not bought it.
