Hi:

I don’t live in Atlanta anymore, but call the Salon and Spa at Castleberry.  I believe Shica still works there, but they have a few really good stylists.  They will have makeup recommendations as well.  The facility is nice.

Also, I haven’t heard of this place in a while, but look up N’Seya Salon and Spa.

If you’re interested in someone coming to your location, I would recommend Alicia Brown for make-up (www.makeupbyalicia.com) or Scoobie West for both hair and make-up (www.scoobiewest.com).

Hope it helps, Good luck!!!

I second Scoobie for hair and makeup – he did and AMAZING job at my wedding and day after shoot. Hilarious, personable, on-time, talented and FAST. Caveat: his skills are not in the “affordable” category by any stretch of the imagination ($175 for bridal) but he is worth it. My pictures are the proof!

Amy Elizabeth did an awesome job with make-up for me and my wedding party in Atlanta.
