I don't know a lot about your body type/shape, but if you up the cardio and are able to lose some in the stomach area, it will probably help. Also, do you lift at all? You may be able to tone your back muscles with some light lifting combined with some serious cardio... please post the pics when you get them tonight!
I think you can, but it depends on where you're starting. Keep at it! Be vigilant!
Shun carbs and sodium for the time being and drink so much water you have to pee your pants :) Good luck, you can so do it!
Not knowing your body type, I'm not sure if its possible.
It sounds really crazy, but there is a book called the Flat Belly Diet and its by the editor at Prevention magazine (so its legit and not a super crazy diet). The FBD has a 4 day jumpstart diet that will flatten your tummy. If this is your problem area, try it.
Obviously eat super healthy, exercise doing cardio and weights and drink TONS of water to keep bloating away.
Good luck!
I have been doing the shred for 12 days now and have noticed a difference without being that good with my diet - so if you are eating well and shredding I think you can do it!
Also if you do a no sodium - no gas producing foods diet five days before the wedding it can also help the fit dramatically! - Check out this article: http://www.associatedcontent.com/article/1769592/how_to_make_your_tummy_flatter_to_fit.html?cat=23
Here is my dress as of last night. You can find the originial here.
I'm getting pretty frustrated in the whole posting photos part of my Weddingbee world...maybe it will work?
My dress is VERY VERY similar to yours!! :) I've been doing the 30 day Shred for 5 days and I have seen some difference. But it wasn't until I combined the 30 day Shred with another video called Gunnar Core Secrets Ab Assault Video that I REALLY saw amazing results in my belly!! I saw results the very next day!!
Since I have a similar dress...I know what you mean about that corset fitting so tight!!! I would suggest doing those 2, strict dieting, and some back muscle toning. Well, at least for me, I have to do some muscle toning b/c the corset pushes back fat even more.
Anyway, good luck!!
Thanks! I shredded for the first time in a long time today. I can totally do this!
Make sure you drink lots of water too. If you're retaining water that can be half an inch. Might sound crazy, but I've been fitted for a costume with a corset in the past and a swear it fit different if I had salty french fries for lunch or had my period. Water was key key offset that stuff.

Ok, friends...
I had my dress fitting last night. It fits (and I feel like a princess), but it could fit so much better. It's a corset and currently it has to be pretty tight. I would like to be a bit more comfortable.
My wedding is in 38 DAYS!!!!!!!!!!! If I "shredded" every day (plus my normal stuff - gym, healthy eating, etc.), do you think I could lose an inch in the corset area? I don't have photos from last night yet, but I will this evening.
Opinions? I know you all have them!
