Hi All New Here, I am a newly engaged 2nd time bride as well as a personal chef and caterer. I have a lot of questions as far as my future wedding/reception goes because my FH hasn’t ever been married before. We have not set a date yet so I thought since I will be asking LOTS of questions on this board in order to brush up on my planning skills (Haven’t planned a wedding since my last one in 1988) that I might could “GIVE” back in the way of answering any questions concerning party foods as well as any reception food questions you may have. I currently live in NC at the moment but I am planning on moving closer to my FH within the next few months’ who currently lives in TN near Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg Area.
