I'm sorry you are having a bad day. Boys can be clueless sometimes. I found that when my partner was my boyfriend I had to be very directive of him. Now that we've been together for so many years, he "gets it" and I don't need to say as much. (In reference to the computer games issue).

Your SO and mine should hang out! He ALWAYS does stuff like that and it drives me INSANE!!! Mrs. DG has a good point - just tell him to shut off the game and walk away!
Awww, ((hugs))! I'm glad it makes you feel better to vent here on WB, and I'm glad you're feeling better after your flu! That does not sound fun at all. :/
And you are not crazy... you've just been cooped up in your house for a week and that will make anyone feel moody! I think you just need to get back into the swing of "regular life"... work, school, whatever to keep you busy. And try to get your FI away from that darned xbox!! 
Yeah it really does help, Yall are the best. And yes, he definitely knew I wasn't happy about the xbox thing lol. I ended up going to lunch with my mom instead while he stayed home and played. I'm glad I didnt try and wait for him cause he was still playing when i got home lol
I'm glad you went and did something and got out of the house anyway, and didn't hang around waiting for him. Feel better!

Awww, ((hugs))!! Boys...they just dont get it sometimes. I agree about them having the control though...its not fair!! I'm the girl who always figures out the time/place/guest list of her own surprise parties, so waiting on a proposal is driving me INSANE!!
I'm sorry hun, I hope you start feeling better soon! I had to laugh at the part about the xbox. I'm thisclose to throwing the stupid thing in the nearest dumpster...
I used to hate how much my FI plays online poker (i shouldn't care, since he's really good and wins money haha) but now I'm on WeddingBee just as much as he's on his computer, so I can't really complain anymore. I think he now indirectly loves this site as much as me. hehe 
*hugs* my boyfriend is doing grad school applications and he is making me INSANE cause that's is ALL he's working on. I'm sorry he invited your friend on your trip; that is a for real bummer and kinda inconsiderate, but at least now you can just relax, have a good time and not think about the engagement? Girl, I totally sympathize. My fiance is crazy about video games. I don't usually mind when he plays, cause everybody needs a hobby, but sometimes I just get so frustrated and do everything but stand in front of the TV and block him--he is definitely capable of playing video games for 5-6 hours at a time!

Hey Bees,
I am having a really tough day and I don't know who else to talk to. Sorry if this sounds like I'm complaining about everything, but it will just help me to get it off my chest. To start things off I have had the flu for the past week along with my boyfriend. So we have been trapped in the same house for a week straight with nothing to do but watch movies and such. Anyways I got really aggravated because we were finally starting to feel better this morning and so I figured we could go out to breakfast because all we have been able to talk about is getting out of the house. Before I can say anything he turns on the xbox and literally stays on there until 2:30!!!! What the hell, I can't fathom spending that much time playing a stupid game. Ugh. Thennnnnn, he just got off the phone with one of his friends and he invited him to our Vegas trip we have planned in November. The reason why I'm sad about this is because there was a small part of me that thought maybe he would propose in vegas, now I know there is NO chance of that happening. I'm just starting to get back into that mindset that it will never happen for me (which i know is silly) but sometimes I just can't help it. I really don't like him having control of this whole proposal thing, lol I guess Im crazy.
Sorry for the long vent, I do feel a little better though
