Weddingbee boards

Hiya bees!

I just wanted to pass along my happiness today! share a smile and whatnot!

This past week was wonderful, it was such a good week and here's why, amongst other reasons why I am so happy!:

to start things off, last week went by super fast and quick and 'painless' at work, and going into a weekend knowing its a long weekend makes it even better! thanks goodness for stat holidays!!

My parents, 13 yr old brother and my nana (who lives across the country from me who is visiting with my parents for a couple months - well until my wedding in Aug) came to visit me - they live 3 hours away and as much as thats not a horribly far distance we dont see each another all that often!
we got my brother suited up and fitted for his kilt for the wedding which was exciting to see my 13 yr old brother squirm wearing a 'skirt', certainly gave me that evil little smile when I knew he hated it! ha ha ha ooooh big sisters!
While shopping for my Nanas dress for the wedding we actually found a dress for my bridal shower that was beeautiful! (thanks to mommy and daddy for the $250 dress!)
and probably the best part of the visit was my nana gave me my 'something old' - She gave me her engagement ring from my poppy - he died when I was quite young but was a big part of my life and I hold him in my heart. it made me cry in hysterics but it was an amazing gift!

I also got to see the teasers of my e-pics! they're fun! although I am not to pleased with the way I look in some (most) of them (just a self-concious self-image thing) they really are great! got some good pics of our pup too!

I got my wedding bands! (so quick! tomorrow it would have been 2 weeks from when we ordered them) I kept putting them on and showing how beautiful the 2 rings frame my e-ring, my fiance just thinks I am spoiled! but they're wonderful! I cant wait to actually be able to 'wear' them!

I lost 3 pounds! enough said! yay!

I am super excited about joining a boot camp! it starts in 2 weeks, like I said I am super excited but very nervous on the other hand! can't wait to get my butt kicked! I am going to be so sore and probably want to quit but when I feel down about everything I know you girls will be there to lift my spirits! and thats also puts me in a great mood :)

Wow that WAS a good week.  Good luck at boot camp, you'll have to post and let us know how it goes and what your results are.

Oh thank you all for making posting this thread even better! Its so right though, I mean there are alot of happy announcements and everything but there is alot of negitivity and I am one of those who do that!

I just felt so great, and smily and wanted to pass it on!
