I pee on my hands all the time! But that's an unrelated medical condition sadly :(
@egb: I don't think you are alone! I have a friend who is the same way when trying to get pregnant. We used to work together and she'd go buy a HPT on her lunch and come back and wait for the results while eating lol. She did this like once a week so I wouldn't be too concerned...it's just excitement!
@egb: nah, not unusual. I tested like 5 times the month before last (of course, I was also a week late, lol) and twice last month. It's probably normal for us impatient women, lol.
Dang that could get super expensive.
I always wondered what it was like to want to pee on a stick. I have never seen a nagative one... LOL
I am done having babies. But seriously if you want to have the Indian nick name "girl who pees on stick" you should look into buying then bulk online or at the dollar store.
I tested ALL.THE.TIME when I was first ttc. Like 10-11-12-13 dpo until AF showed. And that's just HPTs, not OPKs. I used to ovulate later, like day 21, and I'd be peeing on sticks for like 2 weeks just to get that line :)

Its so hard not to test and then even when you get the positive you want to test some more!
I really recommend the dollar store brand pee sticks. Much cheaper!
@SecretName: coupons! Target had an online coupon for First Response, and First Response also had a coupon... and you can combine 'em! It knocked off $4!
I'm trying to resist testing, and since I don't think we got lucky this month, the desire to test isn't as bad, lol.
Oh I am a POAS addict for sure.
I got a bunch of cheep amazon ones last month and I think I went through 10 or more of them.
Not to mention OPK's I went through 35 of them... yeah thats right 35 in one month.
I have a major problem!
I have only taken 5 opks and I broke down and took a HPT today even though I am only 7DPO today. UGH. I am not going to test again till next week.
Not alone..I apparently like to pee on sticks as well. DH thinks I'm nuts cause I have like 50 OKSs (the really cheap ones from Amazon) and probably 30 HPTs (again, the cheap Amazon ones). I also have a pack of digital EPTs. but I'm saving those until I get a definitive postive.
I've managed to avoid using the HTPs until the day before AF is due, because I'd rather get my period than see a negative (but I'm also super impatient), but starting at like CD7 I'm peeing on OPKs like twice until I ovulate.
ETA: Except I guess it's less POAS and more Pee in a Cup and dip a stick. That's the downside of the cheapos.
i was like this too when we were TTC. It just plagues your mind thinking that this time could be IT.
At the time i just invested in the cheap brands, it became too much at 15$ a pop.
But i was testing at least once every other day
I'm not testing again until I'm waaay late...Last month I went a little test crazy and it was too stressful!
But I still POAS almost every day with the fertility monitor....!
I was addicted to POAS when we first started trying....but now it has been over a year of negatives! Getting my period is easier than seeing the BFN! I hope you get pregnant MUCH sooner than that!!!!!! You need to find a Dollar Tree store. They really do work the same. Buy 2-3 just for good measure! Or 12...
I peed on sticks as soon as I could every month until I got pregnant. Now, I have all these tests that will expire before I can use them again.

Seriously!!
I'm in the TWW for month 2 now. Going through some very stressful stuff at work, and first thing I did when I left work is head straight to the pharmacy to buy HPT, and pee on a stick.
Of course, I'm 4 days prior to my period (that is IF I'm on regular cycles which I don't know because I've only been off the pill for almost two months), and it's not my first pee in the morning, so there is no chance that these results turn out positive.
BUT... I had an exciting 3 minutes today waiting for the result to come up!
Please help me, I'm insane!
