Hello, I am brand new to the site!
I just got engaged, TODAY!
My fiance and I decided on the ring together and we decided on a 1.75 carat quad princess cut.
I adore the ring, but slightly remember a conversation in the jewelry store making the quad setting look less noticeable. The woman who was consulting us referenced a process that essentially makes the quad setting look more like a solitaire.
I would never trade my ring, it is just too gorgeous. I was just curious if anyone has heard of any process to make the quad setting look less noticeable in light? Unfortunately, since we are young, getting a solitaire is out of the question for a few years.
