Can you get some of those super-huge bags that are used for "wrapping" big gifts (basically trash bags in color or with a pattern) and just put the trash cans in them?
This is a holiday one, but I've seen them made for other occasions (like bridal and baby shower gifts):
I don't know what your theme is, but could you use barrels or something along those lines? Basically, something that doesn't really look like a trash can.
Will you be having a caterer do any service? They usually take care fo all that.

Does anyone have any ideas for hiding/disguising trash cans at an outdoor wedding? I will probably need about 3, but I really don't want these big black things just hanging out.
