jmeetsj:  I like the Choos and the Loubs; not keen on the second pair as I prefer more classic styles, and they’re a bit TOO blingy for me (I love crystals, but not completely covering the entire shoe). I also think you:do get more wear out of the Choos and Louis, for longer.

I’m not into designer shoes (I personally can’t justify spending that much money on something to stick my feet in and step on all day), but my favorite out of those is the first.  So unique and delicate.  I’m not a fan of the bow at all, and the loubs are kinda pretty typical looking to me.

I love the Loubs and the Choos. The middle pair strangely looks a bit cheap? Im sure theyre not of course, but they’re just not as clever and delicate.

I am not a designer shoe person but splurged on my wedding shoes by Miu Miu. I wanted a thick heel for my garden ceremony (don’t want to sink!) and these spoke to my soul and said buyyyyyy me nowwww. So I did. And at 35% off so yay! Still many many many hundreds more than I’ve ever spent on shoes though. So excited to wear them again after the wedding!

After countless hours online looking at photos I had made up my mind that I was buying the Jimmy Choo you have in the first pic (i cant remember the name but it was like Sahali or something) but when I actually went to Nordstroms and started trying on all the different shoes, I didnt like the first shoe and all the exposed foot!  I bought Jimmy Choo Evelyn which wasnt even on my radar! The gold heel really caught my eye. Trying them on in person made a huge difference so if I were you I would just go and try on every designer shoe your little heart desires! But I still think Jimmy Choo bling looks the best in my opinion!

jmeetsj:  still not too keen lol.

That said, I’m not rolling in money so when I do buy designer shoes I want to know I’ll get my wear out of them; those are just too unusual for me. If you keep coming back to them, maybe they’re the ones you should go for. Also, I’d suggest trying them on as to me, the shape of the heel looks like they might not be too comfortable to walk it, could be very wrong though!

I am wearing Loubs for my wedding but I love the first pair of shoes you posted!

I got Jimmy Choo’s because they’re more comfortable and Louboutins are pretty much the most uncomfortable designer brand shoe you can wear. That second pair kind of look like cartoon character or anime shoes.

jmeetsj:  Prada and Miu Miu also had some great unusually curved heels for Fall 14. Yay shoes!

MouthOfTheSouth:  Ehh, I think it depends on your feet. I have the New Simple Pump with the 120mm heel and find them really comfortable; first time I wore them I kept them on for like 8 hours and was dancing for about 3-4 of those.

But that’s why it’s important to try them on; I’d never buy a brand I was ‘new’ to without trying them first.

Try Miu Miu and Prada for interesting heel shapes! They’re some of the best.

I also saw Fendi made some neat heels (spikes, and a laquered geometric looking one) last year.

barbie86:  I totally agree about Loubs. The Bianca pump was the most uncomfortable shoe I’ve ever put on my foot, but the Pigalle is the most comfortable shoe I own. It all depends on the shoe itself.

I love the first one you posted. I planned to get something similar until I realized they would be a no go on the beach.
