 I would go with a modest dress (either long sleeved or with a cardigan over) and understated heels.

Mad-men-esque attire would do well there. Or a “sunday best” type of thing. Basically, if a royal would wear it to an offical function, you’d be safe.

You could easily get away with “business casual” a skirt and cardigan or sweater or long sleeved blouse,  nothing too short, too risque or revealing.

 

@crayfish:– Agree mad-man is a perfect description.. Conservatively feminine.
