I was on a roll for working out and eating healthy… until Wednesday. Fiance made us a delicious dinner, but while he was trying really hard to be healthy for me, he just can’t wrap his head around carbs (he’s never had to worry about weight in his life). Then yesterday I was home alone and wasn’t feeling the best, so I didn’t work out, nor did I eat well. Now it’s Friday and I’m tired and lazy and grumpy and I really, really dread going to the gym at lunch when I can go upstairs to the lunch room and sleep on the couuuuuch.
Hive! Help! I need serious motivation!! D:

you can do it! tomorrow is a new day and the best part about working out and eating healthy is that you can always start over. don’t be so hard on yourself. i have been having some bad days lately and it feels good to know that i can always start it back up again. YOU WILL DO IT! i believe in you!

I feel you. It’s so hard to stay motivated!
I find just setting smaller goals makes me feel accomplished. Like right now my goal is to work out just 2x per week, and to only drink wine on the weekends. I have been doing well and the weight is slowly coming off.
Have you already bought your dress? I set a date to go dress shopping and that really motivated me to get on it!

@MrsRevolutionize: Just imagine how you will feel if you don’t exercise – guilty, crappy, regretful, etc. It’s a good motivator for me. You will regret not working out, but you’ll never reget actually just going and doing it! 🙂

I know it’s hard but sometimes you just have to go to the gym! I feel so much better after I do. Every day is a new day and the mistakes from the previous days don’t define it.

@MrsRevolutionize: you’re tired and lazy because you ate like crap! Get your butt up to that gym and you’ll feel 1000 times better for it!
(i’m in the same boat, I was doing great but this past weekend derailed me) back on the wagon tonight!

@MrsRevolutionize: you’ll never regret a workout! 🙂 By getting that exercise in, you’ll probably not even need that nap anymore because you’ll be energized and feeling great. In the words of Scarlett O’Hara, “After all, tomorrow is another day!” So even though the last couple of days haven’t been the healthiest, they’re in the past!

Well ladies I did go down and workout, and even if it wasn’t the best workout I’ve had in a while, I did it! Thanks for the motivation earlier 🙂
